Spouted Liquid Pouch

The spouted liquid pouch is built with a heat-sealed spout fitment mounted into a reinforced upper corner or top-center panel, designed to hold liquids, sauces, purees, and beverage formulas without leaking under normal handling. The pouch body uses a multi-layer barrier film rated for liquid fill, and every seam around the spout is tested for seal integrity before it leaves production.

The spout itself comes with a screw cap or flip-top closure, so your customer gets a clean, controlled pour instead of tearing open a corner. Full-color printing wraps the pouch body front and back, leaving the spout area clear so the cap doesn’t interfere with your label design or required fill-line information.

A flat or gusseted base lets the pouch stand upright for filling and for shelf display once capped, and the film is rated to handle typical liquid weights without stretching or splitting at the seams. This construction works for anything from a single-serve sauce packet to a multi-ounce beverage or liquid supplement pouch.
